Well nothing I know of, but they are doing a lot for illegal immigrants. They have proposed H. R. 5383 ‘‘New Way Forward Act”
TITLE I—END MANDATORY DETENTION AND REQUIRE PROBABLE CAUSE FOR ARREST making entering the US illegally no longer probable cause to detain someone.
TITLE II—END MANDATORY DETENTION AND REQUIRE PROBABLE CAUSE FOR ARREST would prohibit detention facilities. A criminal record by itself is not reason to detain. There is a statute of limitations of 5 years so if an illegal can hide in the country past that time they cannot be detained.
TITLE III—LIMIT CRIMINAL SYSTEM TO REMOVAL PIPELINE if an illegal has a conviction on appeal they cannot be considered to have a conviction, although you and I would.
TITLE IV—RESTORE JUDICIAL DISCRETION AND END REMOVAL WITHOUT DUE PROCESS a judge’s decision must be based on humanitarian purposes.
TITLE V—PROHIBITION AGAINST PERFORMANCE OF IMMIGRATION OFFICER FUNCTIONS BY STATE AND LOCAL OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES state law enforcement are not allowed to work with federal immigration officers.
TITLE VI—DECRIMINALIZE MIGRATION so illegally entering the US is no longer a crime.
TITLE VII—RIGHT TO COME HOME takes power away from the Attorney general to deny an application, taxpayers will pay for illegals to be transported back to the US and housed.
Keep in mind this is only a little of what I have exposed in this bill, there is much more. The Democrats are losing their minority voters, a lot have moved to the Republican Party so they must generate new voter’s, and this would be “illegals” which of course would no longer be illegal. They already have illegals voting in some state’s, but they need more.
It is critical that you contact House members and ask they oppose this bill, also critical to contact Senators and make them aware of what is headed their way.
This Bill will forever change America and give Democrats the voting edge, we cannot allow this to happen. We must act and act now.
